We returned from Kerala for the rest of the day in Chennai before having to head home. A week simply isn’t a lot of time to see everything that India has to offer. Barely enough time to see what Chennai itself has to offer, but that can wait for another day.
Since most of the team in Chennai work eastern standard timezone hours, we missed them the first time we stopped by the office. So, we waited around until the sun was just rising over our nation’s capital, or the afternoon in Chennai, to catch up with the rest of my people.

Now these are my people below — the Salesforce Team. I’m not sure how we keep the application running considering how small the team is relative to how important the system is for the company to be able to function, but somehow we get it done.

We have our bugs, of course, and our backlog is about as long as it is from India to America, but it’s the work of my people like Nithish, Jancy, Harini and Jayasuriya who make sure I get to keep my job.

The HR Team in Chennai is led by Kovardhani, the workaholic below. She’s one of the people who make sure we on the Salesforce Team have plenty of work to do!

Before heading to the airport, though, Nduku wanted to get more saris in T Nagar. Fortunately, the amazing Harini came along to help her out.
